Advertising terms
The funding, review, delivery, measurement, and refund rules for Urgent Sale and Oyen Boost campaigns.
Review before delivery
Paid visibility is funded before review. Approval is limited to genuine real-estate listings that meet Oyen content and marketplace standards. Payment does not guarantee approval, placement, a minimum lead count, or a property transaction.
Campaign delivery
Approved Oyen Boost campaigns may appear across eligible Oyen search, market, and related-home placements. Delivery starts only after approval. Budget pacing, estimated reach, clicks, and lead forecasts are estimates rather than guarantees.
Measurement
Oyen records eligible impressions, clicks, and attributed inquiries using signed placement events, rate limits, deduplication, and fraud controls. Invalid or suspicious activity is excluded where detected.
Funding and rejection
Campaign funding may combine promotional credit, wallet balance, and card payment. A rejection before delivery credits the campaign-attributable portion of the payment to the seller wallet — Oyen does not refund campaign spend to the original card regardless of funding source.
After delivery begins
Delivered advertising spend is non-refundable. Eligible unspent campaign funds are returned to the seller wallet when a campaign ends or is stopped. Promotional credit remains subject to its original product restrictions and expiry.
Urgent Sale
Urgent Sale is a 30-day marketplace visibility label and review-priority option. It does not guarantee inquiries, offers, or a sale and may be removed if the listing becomes unavailable or violates marketplace policy. The Urgent Sale placement fee itself is non-refundable on any path, including listing rejection — only a bundled campaign's own attributable portion, if any, is eligible for the wallet-credit rule above.
