Information we collect
We collect account details, seller profile and listing content, buyer inquiries, product activity, support messages, and payment references. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Oyen Homes.
How information is used
We use information to operate search, saved homes, listing publication, lead routing, conversations, campaigns, billing, fraud prevention, support, analytics, and required communications.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared with service providers only as needed to run the platform. Public listing and seller profile information is visible by design. Private account and payment records are retained only as operationally or legally necessary.
Your choices
You can update profile and notification settings, request an export, or contact support about correction or deletion. Legal obligations and fraud-prevention needs may require limited retention.
Marketing communications
Oyen Homes may contact real estate professionals sourced from public business research with a limited, opt-out-able invitation to list on the platform. Every such message includes a working one-click unsubscribe honored immediately, and Oyen does not purchase or use scraped consumer contact lists for this purpose.
