Payments and refunds
How Oyen handles subscriptions, wallet deposits, promotional credit, Urgent Sale, and paid advertising funds.
Before service starts
If Oyen rejects a paid campaign before delivery starts, the campaign-attributable portion of the payment is credited to the seller wallet — Oyen does not refund campaign spend to the original card, regardless of what funding source was used.
After advertising starts
Delivered advertising spend is non-refundable. Eligible unspent campaign funds return to the seller wallet after a campaign is stopped or closed.
Urgent Sale
The Urgent Sale placement fee is non-refundable on any path, including if the underlying listing is later rejected. Only the campaign-attributable portion of a bundled payment, if any, follows the wallet-credit rule above.
Wallet deposits
An unused wallet deposit may be requested back to its original payment method within 14 days, subject to fraud review, processing limitations, and mandatory local rights.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. Prorated refunds are not normally provided except for duplicate charges, qualifying service failures, legal requirements, or another case approved by Oyen.
Promotional credit
Promotional credits are non-cash, non-withdrawable, non-transferable, limited to their stated products, and expire on the displayed date.
